New Apartment Tour: 5 of my Favorite Purchases!

Hey guys! As you probably know my sister and I recently moved into a new apartment and decided to completely redecorate. Since we are still renting, we turned to our friends at Wayfair to help create a warm and inviting space for a great price (and with free shipping)! I can never get their commercial jingle out of my head… anyone else?

One of my favorite pieces we purchased is this gorgeous geometric mirror that fit perfectly above our bar cart! I love how it adds a little shape to the room and is the perfect shade of gold (it’s not too gold gold if you know what I mean)!

Below our mirror we got the cutest bar cart. For the most part we bought it for aesthetic reasons, but every once in a while we will entertain and put it to good use! I love how it has different layers and a rack to hold all of our nice wine glasses!

In my bedroom I really struggle with lighting. There is a lot of natural light during the day but once the sun goes down my room goes completely dark. I tried a few table lights but they looked awkward in the space so I decided to get some hanging lights and I LOVE them! They are a beautiful brassy gold color and the exposed bulb ads a cute trendy touch! They were pretty easy to hang (especially since I just drank wine while my dad put them up).

Moving into the living room, we bought this giant Prada sign! We love having super girly accents around our place. We get so many questions about this sign!

Last but definitely not least we got this beautiful TV stand! We had an all black one in our old apartment so this time we chose a white and natural wood to help lighten up the space! I love how one half is open to be more decorative and the other half is covered to hide movies, books, games etc.

It feels so good to have an apartment that feels cozy and I LOVE coming home to. Being on the road all the time can be fun, but knowing I have this to return to makes me miss being home so much more. Hope you enjoyed!
